Made-to-Order Policy
All Lucent Diamonds pieces are handcrafted and made to order based on your selected diamond, setting, metal, and ring size.
Because each ring is custom manufactured specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Eligibility for Return
We will gladly repair, replace, or refund your order if:
• The item arrives damaged
• The ring has a manufacturing defect
• The diamond does not match the certification provided
• The wrong item was sent
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Ring Size Adjustments
We understand ring sizing can be challenging.
We offer one complimentary resize within 30 days of delivery (where structurally possible). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note: Some designs cannot be resized due to structural integrity.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
• Custom-made rings
• Rings with special modifications
• Engraved pieces
• Loose diamonds
• Items showing signs of wear or alteration
Refund Process (If Approved)
If a return is approved:
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and certificate must be included
• Item must be shipped insured
Once inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After production has begun, cancellation is no longer possible as the ring is being custom made.
